This 6" x 6" x 1.5" abstract watercolor on clayboard. inspired by an abandoned industrial buildings metal window covering with decades of environmental exposure provides colorful rust interest on a gray background.

This watercolor painting was painted on an Ampersand Museum Series 1.5 Clayboard Panel. Cradles are constructed using premium grade 13-ply birch plywood which can be framed, stained or painted to match any decor.  1.5" Depth allows for traditional canvas-style framing or floater frames. This painting was sealed with a UV protective fixative so it does not need to be framed under glass in normal conditions.
